Russian scientists in cooperation with American and South African colleagues tried to answer the question – how much energy an “average living being” needs to live.
Researchers estimated energy consumption for mass unit in time unit, and the results were in Watts per kilogram. Scientists then compared this parameter in over 3000 various living beings, inhabiting our planet.
