
Russian mathematicians developed primary structural elements for DNA-based electronic devices.
Researchers work on theoretical approaches and supercomputer modeling of hardware components for new branch of science – nanobioelectronics, which in 5-7 years is expected to replace silicon technologies, quickly becoming out-of-date. DNA-based electronic memory (10x10 nm) and logical element (10 nm) are only two of new technological achievements.
